Summary: I was traveling solo so safety was key, I didn’t feel safe here. I probably should never stay on the ground floor but that was not their fault but my room was right next to an exit door, on arrival that door was wedged open with a rock, I closed it. I mentioned it to the lady at reception that told me that yes, they keep it wedged open till 10:30pm I told her that didn’t make me feel safe at all. Mentioned it to the person at check the next day, she apologized as said it should never be left open. Bathroom was in bad shape, toilet seat was half broken and shower was almost impossible to open the water, I thought I would break it. Breakfast was a joke, I grabbed a wrapped muffin but even that was not fresh or decent quality. I will never stay here again.

Summary: The bedroom carpet wasn't vacuumed, and there was trash everywhere. There was only one towel, so my husband headed to the front desk and from there to the laundry room, where there were piles of dirty towels everywhere. At 4.30 am people talking in the hallway in a loud voice and then a dog barking for at least 15 minutes.
