Summary: Well, the pool wasn’t functioning and hot tub was not working either. He said the heater was down. That was the most disappointing part of the whole stay and the breakfast was nothing but pure sugar almost everything across-the-board no fruit just offers pop tarts things like that danishes was not very healthy breakfast foods.

Summary: We had a great stay for my family reunion, which was only a mile away. Only bad thing was the pool and hot tub were closed, and we were really looking forward to using them. We will be back next year, and hoping they will be up and running then!

Summary: Pool had no heater but i did swim. I dont mind cold water! Hot tub was broke. Took forever for the front desk person came out. Had to call the desk from inside. room was good.

Summary: Toilet clogged, tub wouldn't drain. Carpet was dirty, and bathroom. Coffee maker was dirty. Pool and jacuzzi was closed

Summary: Pool was shut down and had been for months without telling anyone until after check in. Room was dirty and outside of doors to hotel all the way around that are supposed to be opened by key card had all the latches taped so they never locked

Summary: We had a mountain view and great veiw of the Ohio river. The heater in the pool was not working so we couldnt go swimming but the staff was great
