Summary: no issues with this place. It was tidy, front desk staff was very friendly, pool was nice for my son, hot tub was small but we were the only two there so it was fine. Bowling was fun, just wish it was a tad bit cheaper in price. Never ate at the restaurant so can't comment. Beds were comfy, room temperature was great. A bit hard to navigate the TV and channels but YouTube was an option so that was good. All in all, good stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: It's a budget motel, so nothing spectacular. The staff at check in were very polite and friendly. One member was on the phone when I walked in, another member immediately came from the back to check me in. A 3rd member was walking by and said hello to me. When I walked back in with my husband and luggage, the 3rd staff member offered to assist us. The room was clean and a decent size, just dated. There were large water stains on the ceiling. The desk was in a little alcove with the closest, on one side of the bed. This would be fine, but there was no outlet in the area, so no way to plug in a laptop. The coffee maker was on the desk, but not plugged in either. The bed was very comfortable. I was very happy to discover the shower had real water pressure, this is not common in hotels I find. The faucet on the sink was hard to use. If you wanted hot water, you got cold and vice versa, but it wasn't simply sides being mixed up, you had to swivel it multiple times and just hope you got what you wanted. Location is not the main area of town, but not far from it. Our room faced the road, but the back rooms would have a nice view right on the water.

Summary: Under construction, so not fair to mark them below. Lots of amenities, very fun property to stay at. But under construction… A little old and rundown, but lots of stuff to do and a lot of fun. Not the cleanest.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, with ample parking. Large, clean room with large windows and lovely decor. The room has a microwave, fridge, kettel, selectionof tea and coffee, space to store luggage, a dining set, cozy large seat and a couch. We had booked 2 queen beds room. The beds are very comfortable. There is good sized swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The check-in and check out process was smooth, and the staff is very helpful. There is hot beverage kiosk, open all hours for the hotel guests. It is very well stocked, with many options. That was so convenient, the weather was cool in early May, we all grabbed a hot beverage of our preference. I was traveling with 2 seniors, the staff was very helpful. There are many snacks, ice machine and pop dispensers, and that would be helpful. I saw it frequently being used. The hotel booking does not include breakfast. But there is a lovely pub and restaurant on the premises. It is open from early hours serving breakfast at a very low cost, and it is open for lunch and dinner. The back of hotel has a beautiful water view. We had booked specifically for the cruise dock. There are restaurants and an icecream place on the other street of the hotel. This location would be a great place to stay in all seasons. It's very close to Bracebridge downtown. The most charming location.

Summary: Located along the river, nice view. Room was larger then expected and was able to park easily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
