Summary: I see so many people saying bad things about this hotel however my experience was very good. They took care of everything I needed and very quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

Summary: The employees are kind and helpful but this hotel needs a major revamping. No elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The room look clean at first glance but the counter tops were not wiped down, they were sticky and had fingerprints on them. The bathroom was pretty filthy. It looked like someone had brought their clippers and gotten a haircut in there. The shower was actually dirty and had pubs in it. The fridge didn't seal so keeping things cold wasn't an option. I felt better about the room after wiping everything down with antibacterial wipes. The bed was clean and comfortable fortunately. The biggest disappointment is that the pool is closed. My 11 year old was hoping to swim but after inspecting it I probably wouldn't have let him anyways, it was nasty. If you really don't care about where you're staying and just need to crash for the night in a cheap hotel it's fine but two nights was too much for us.

Summary: The room had a jetted tub. That was the only good thing I can say. Smelled like cigarette smoke, very dated and in need of repairs.

Summary: It was disappointing that they required a $100 security deposit because I reserved the room online through Hotels.com..it took five days to get the deposit refunded to my account. I will not be staying there again due to this policy

Summary: Even though I reserved a non smoking king room, I was told at their end it was a smoking king room. When I got there, they asked for $100 deposit and got it back at checkout after they check the room. It was a nice relaxing stay.
