Welcome to “OceanBrook,” the first word in quality seaside Maine vacation rentals. Our unique three unit vacation compound, located in the heart of historic Ocean Park and on Jordan Park Marsh, is ideally situated near Maine's renowned seven mile sandy beach on Saco Bay. And its just a three to five minute walk (2 blocks) to the beach. OceanBrook's three high quality units are available for weekly and multiple week rentals from the last week of June through the first week in September. (Our Summer high season.) For the remainder of the year, there is a three (3) night minimum stay requirement for any of our three units.
When your not enjoying the beach, you can relax on the marsh side patios for snacks or a barbeque. While OceanBrook is located in the midst of Ocean Park, its unique location on the protected wildlife refuge provides a sense of privacy as you relax in the shade under the spreading willows and birch trees. If you want to explore, OceanBrook is ideally located on the southern Maine coast, minutes from the Maine Turnpike.
Additionally, there is ample off-street guest parking (2 assigned spaces per unit) with some additional parking for visitors.

Summary: Had a great stay at OceanBrook, with easy access to the beach just a couple blocks away. Also just a few blocks from the sandwich shop, pizza, and soda fountain for evening ice cream, and an easy ~1 mile walk to the pier. It was especially helpful having a washer/dryer in the unit, and there were also beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The two enclosed porches were also great features. Joel was very responsive and helpful with communication both before and during our stay. We'd be happy to come back for a return visit!

Summary: We had a lovely week in OOB with a family of 4. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process. The best part of the property is its proximity to the beach—short, 4-5 minute walk (even with two small ones and a wagon). The location is also nice given its distance from downtown OOB which can be a lot. The only downside of the rear buildings downstairs unit is the noise from the separate upstairs unit. If there’s a small group of early to bed folks, you’re probably fine, but bigger groups inherently make more noise. Would advise hosts to get some pads for the bottoms of the chairs, tables, beds, etc. up there—would make a nice improvement!

Summary: We loved staying at Jane and Joel's property in Ocean Park. The little ones loved the wildlife refuge and looking for Rocky the Turtle. My husband and I loved the easy walk to the beach and the adorable downtown area to get ice cream and coffee. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The two porches were the best spot to have coffee or sit and read. Plus, washer/dryer in unit was awesome since we we're traveling with our two young kids. Truly perfect. Thank you!

Summary: Nice place, very accommodating and comfortable. It was close to town and the beach was gorgeous and just a short walk up the road. However, we did have to vacuum up some spiders in corners so that was an issue and we had a bottom unit and the people upstairs were very loud.

Summary: Our family had the most perfect family reunion / vacation at Joel and Jane's beautiful home. Every detail exceeded what we had hoped for, and everyone was thrilled with our lovely getaway. Communication with Joel was very easy and he made himself available when we needed him. When I first saw the ad on VRBO, I reached out about the place because my husband and I were bringing my parents, who are in their 90s, to Maine and I needed to know about if it was a single level facility and other questions like that. Joel got back to me right away with all the info I needed and more! Very courteous and prompt! We look forward to future visits to Ocean Park and hope to stay here again! We couldn't ask for a better home away from home.

Summary: We had a family reunion and the house was great. Lots of room & flexible sleeping arrangements. The location is awesome. It's close to the OOB town center, but feels remote. It's about 2 blocks to the beach, which is extends for miles and is gorgeous. Jane and Joel were very responsive. We would definitely do this again.
