Positive: Staff very obliging when I asked for a downstairs room due to my back injury and travelling with my elderly father. Breakfast in their restaurant by the pool was amazing.

Positive: The rooms were large & the beds comfortable. Good location central to our needs.
Negative: No microwaves in rooms could be provided at additional cost. For 3 of us to eat breakfast, it cost $82, yet the fried & poached eggs looked like they had been sitting for hours. The beans were also dry, and sauteed mushrooms were soggy & and flavourless. we did not get $82 worth of food. Quite disappointed.

Negative: I booked 2 rooms and called the property a day prior to ensure my requests are taken care of since there were no responses on booking.com. A lady named Su answered and asked for my name. Initially she couldn't find the booking but later found it under NULL. She said she can update it and asked me "WHAT WAS YOUR FUNNY NAME" making fun of my name. I was shocked and told her not to bother. Unfortunately, she was the one who checked us in the next day, and I didn't get the opportunity to confront her because my family was with me. I don't find anyone's name funny, but I hope she find out what her name SUSU means in Hindi and then enjoys telling that to everyone.

Positive: We couldn’t fault the staff- everyone was lovely especially the ladies in the cantina servicing breakfast. Facilities were great for our kids
Negative: There isn’t anything we didn’t like. I couldn’t fault the service. Close enough to town to visit family.
