Summary: The staff is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: There was rust in the bathtub. The shower fixture was hanging out of the wall unsecured. There weren’t any bathtub grippers or bath mat in the tub. I slipped and almost fell and my son did slip and fall hitting his knee. There was water damage on the ceiling. The door to the room looked like it had been prayed open at some point. The electrical outlets weren’t secure and the plastic covers were coming away from the wall. The entrance/exit has a couple major pot holes in it. I will not stay there again.

Summary: It's nice. Staff are great. I had some concerns about exposed electrical outlets. One didn't have a cover and another the cover was loose and not covering the hole at all.

Summary: Room was clean and spacious. Parking was okay. Hotel front entrance needs improvement. A lot of noise on the parking lot due to a person being in his car with loud music.

Summary: I am unsure how this hotel’s rating was a 8.0 or very good. The hotel is very dated common areas or dirty and needing refreshing, the toilet kept running and would not shut off without attention, the shower valve was installed incorrectly and the hot water could only be obtained by turning the valve toward the cold setting. Looking outside, the pool was green and non-maintained very unsightly. There was some confusion checking in by a new employee, but that was handled eventually. Quite disappointing as the reservation was made based on the rating.
