Summary: I am unsure how this hotel’s rating was a 8.0 or very good. The hotel is very dated common areas or dirty and needing refreshing, the toilet kept running and would not shut off without attention, the shower valve was installed incorrectly and the hot water could only be obtained by turning the valve toward the cold setting. Looking outside, the pool was green and non-maintained very unsightly. There was some confusion checking in by a new employee, but that was handled eventually. Quite disappointing as the reservation was made based on the rating.

Summary: The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bathroom had a one inch waterbug (cockroach) making itself at home on the bathroom counter. When i went to ask for something to be done i was put in a room with the bathroom with a cracked tub and threadbare shower curtain. Needed to stay another night but will look around for another hotel.

Summary: Room 105 smelled musty or smoky. Was clean and bed was comfortable. Had to disconnect the hdmi cable and reconnect to get the tv picture to work.
