Summary: Booked one night stay. Exterior was dirty. Grass not cut. Structure walls dirty with what looked like black dirt win off stains from roof. Front entrance door was broken. Receptionist had on a dirty and stained shirt. I could see her underwear because her shirt was too small. Elevator was dirty and smelled like sweaty armpits. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER! I showered with lukewarm water. Ive stayed at his hotel before about four years ago and this hotel was decent then. Not sure what has happened to this property. It would be a really nice place if the owners would invest and take the time to clean it up and bring it back to life! Disappointed to see how it’s gone down!

Summary: Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was great. The contractor was great and filled with great information. The room at first glance nice size from a glance it looked nice and clean. I did find a few issues the couch was dirt with crumbs and the mini fridge hate dead baby roaches. I did include pictures. The remote didn’t work the batteries were corroded inside. The manager was not available at my check out no one was available at check out.

Summary: Hotel was not dirty but not clean. Everything was worn out and not in good condition. The outside was horrible. The building was covered with mold and the pool was infested with mold, frogs and other bugs. The room was not so dirty that you could not sleep but not nice and clean either. The whole place had a bad smell. I would pass on this hotel.

Summary: The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

Summary: My first night the male staff accused my child of playing with the broken exit sign on the ground. He told my child you don't belong here. My child was respectful to the staff. I told the staff the sign was in the middle of walk way and my child eas moving it out of the path. He keep goning off on me. Not good staffing personal. Roaches in room.

Summary: This hotel was wonderful! It’s clean, nearly brand new, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. Wonderful pool and hot tub!
