Positive: The staff, the hotel overall, the beds

Negative: The neighborhood is horrible. There was an attack in the evening of 25th of April. Also, the rooms were waaay smaller than in the photos. However, it was ok for a night.

Positive: This apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, it definitely had the potential to be a great apartment.

Negative: Unfortunately during very warm weather there was no air conditioning, one of the reasons I booked this apartment. Local council decision apparently but no fans available either. No shower gel/shampoo left in the container. Attention to detail missing. Lots of crockery yet only 2 small glasses etc. Vicinity felt a gritty/unsafe.

Summary: Great potential but falls short on attention to detail

Positive: The hotel was very quiet, clean, and I think the area was good as well. We could easily reach the funicular with a bus, to reach Citta Alta. For having a place to rest, the hotel is perfect. Additionally, there was free parking with plenty of space.

Negative: Not much to do around the hotel, there was no bar open. There is a heated pool but it's not the romantic type, it rather looks like a public swimming pool with very bright lights, where using a cap is mandatory.
