Positive: Room was quiet,comfortable and clean. The excellent location, the hotel was just beside the old town
Negative: The breakfast was too chaotic! The breakfast room needs redesigned. Far too crowded both at the buffet and seating area, we struggled to get a table some mornings. The breakfast area was the only downside to the hotel, but so bad it would put me off returning to the hotel.

Positive: Just a 5 minute walk to the centre. Lovely clean hotel overlooking the river. Great variety of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Room had a fridge and also a safe which were handy. Tram from train station to hotel just a couple of stops. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: Immaculate inside and out. Excellent location just off centre a short stroll away. Room good luxury and well maintained. Breakfast amazing with lots of choice constantly filling items up.

Positive: Friendly welcome upon arrival & throughout our stay. We were able to check in early (with small cost of around £10) as our room was ready, which was perfect. We arrived just after 10am so were able to leave everything in the room & go straight out to explore. Straight out of the hotel and over the junction and we were in the middle of Granary Island. The hotel & rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, that kept everyone happy. Hotel bar was reasonably priced
Negative: Initially thrown when entering our room, as the photos on the website showed the bunk bed in the bedroom, leaving just the sofa bed in the lounge area. Our room had the bunks in the lounge. This upset our eldest a little as she'd not wanted to sleep in the same room as her brother (which was why we'd chosen this room). However, the room was big enough for them to be far enough apart. We asked the cleaner for bedding for the sofa bed, but she came in & made it up for us.
