Check out time is 10am with check in at 5pm to allow for the suite to be made ready for incoming guests.
Queen Angel Suite is one of eight suites in the most beautiful exclusive secure development on Grafton Beach. The interior is designed for relaxed informal living. A gate (with shower adjacent) takes you from the pool complex and gardens onto Grafton beach, one of the prettiest on the Island with excellent swimming, body boarding and snorkeling.
The Suite comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening directly onto a west facing terrace. All bedrooms have super king sized beds two of which can be split into singles if required.
The lounge area has two large sofa/day beds with facility to be made up as two extra single beds.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is separate which allows guests or extra residents use independent of the third bedroom.
All rooms have air conditioning and the living and master bedroom suite also have ceiling fans and access directly onto the front terrace overlooking the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with high quality American oven, microwave and fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Towels and linen are supplied. A maid service is weekly unless by arrangement.
The suite is on the upper floor with wonderful sunsets seen from the terrace, seating for 6 and two sun loungers. A spiral staircase accesses the communal pool, sun terraces and gardens direct from the suite.
The complex is accessed via an automatic security gate leading to secure underground parking with internal access up to the suites.
The complex has a resident manager who lives in his own service suite and maintains all aspects of the development. There are also external surveillance cameras.
The Suite is fitted with fiber-broadband offering 25mbps speeds.

Summary: Great location and beautiful unit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Views and the sound of the ocean are unbeatable. Fit our family of seven comfortably. My elderly father struggled with the multiple stairs to get up to the unit (no elevator) but he managed. Only had 2 issues: 1. The A/C was not working in the front bedroom with two single beds. 2. When drying your laundry in the dryer, the timer doesn’t work so the machine doesn’t stop. You must be mindful of that and time it yourself so it doesn’t run too long. Those issues were minor for us. Overall fantastic stay!

Summary: While the location is fantastic, offering amazing views, a great pool, and beach access, our initial experience was far from perfect. Upon arrival, we found the place to be very dirty, requiring us to purchase our own cleaning supplies to make it habitable. The dishwasher was filled with stagnant water and emitted a foul odor. Jim, the host, was quick to respond and arranged for cleaners to come the next day through Norma, the property manager, but we still had to endure the first night in less-than-ideal conditions. Although first impressions were underwhelming, Norma eventually reimbursed us for the cleaning supplies. However, communication was a significant issue; Norma was very slow to return our phone calls. She claimed to have called the condo several times, but my mobile phone never rang. The condo complex itself is wonderful, and I've enjoyed staying in other units there in the past. The condo is spacious and well laid out, though it could use some minor maintenance (e.g., a couple of bathroom doors don't close properly). The location is unbeatable, with a few nice restaurants nearby, though the Seahorse was a disappointment this time. On the other hand, the pizza at La Cantina is second to none, and Waves met our expectations. Overall, the stay worked out, but it could have been better. Communication with both Jim and Norma needs improvement. Despite these issues, the location and amenities still make this a place worth considering for future visits.

Summary: The location of Queen Angel is ideal for any group that has teens and young kids. The beach is footsteps away and the pool and gardens are so welcoming! We loved the unit, it had everything we needed, it was comfortable and everything worked! Jim was very accommodating in allowing us to check in earlier due to our flights and JL was a phone call away anytime I had a question. Will definitely book again!

Summary: Location superb but the apartment could be so much better with a complete refurbishment of decor and amenities. For example a lavatory door would not close properly from the inside, the toaster could be classified as dangerous, a lavatory brush was filthy etc, etc. The remote control access to the garage did not work despite the property manager having been told by the previous occupants that this was the case. The property manager being disinterested and I had difficulty in finding and replacing the battery myself and despite informing her that I had done so I received no acknowledgement and reimbursement of the cost. It is a great shame as this apartment, with some care and attention, could offer so much more.

Summary: We stayed at Black Rock for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The unit has amazing views of the ocean and it was very easy to get to the beach. Read the manual completely to pick up tips like the shower operation. There are restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook and if you have a car the grocery store is about a 10-minute drive away. The bed in the master bedroom is very firm, and the outside furniture and the cushions need some attention. Overall we would stay here again!

Summary: I like the area the complex itself was close to the beach which was nice, the apartment need a little bit of TLC the bathrooms walls could be cleaner some soap scum remover, also the shower heads needed to be cleaned when the water came out it stung like needles, and I wish the fan on the patio work but other than that we had a great time and would stay again
