Positive: This apartment has a great location close to campus. It's spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything is clearly labeled so it's easy to navigate. The beds were relatively comfortable. Overall a great find as it's perfect for larger groups. Having a copy of Scrabble to play was a plus!
Negative: The front bedroom door does not close and instead there is a curtain divider. You can check in earlier but it will incur an extra fee.

Positive: Apartment is the ground floor of a large two-family house on a quiet street in New Haven. Location was very good, with a short drive (or walk) into town. There was plenty of room, the place was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook your own meals. The homeowner provided parking permits, so we could park for free right in front of the house.
Negative: Wish we could have stayed longer! Nothing negative to say about this house or apartment.
