Negative: We had just the 1 night. In our room, the toilet was connected to an electronic pump which made some kind of noise..possibly a reset of some kind, but this went on every 10 mins though the night and made for a frustrating and therefore difficult night.

Summary: Possibly in need of a bit of a refurbishment in areas, but comfortable enough.

Positive: It was in prime position for our planned trip to the north of Scotland. The staff after initial greeting were excellent.

Negative: Having to make up our put me up style bed, which did not look very inviting.

Positive: We had a good dinner there. It was along the way up and down the coast so the location is good if you want some place quiet. We had 3 twin beds which was the right size and the mattress was thick. The TV had lots of channels. The room was bright in the day.

Negative: The bathroom was very small. Could fit a small child comfortably, we guessed. One of the beds was especially squeaky but it was still manageable (we could continue sleeping).
