Positive: The room and shared places are very clean, the bed is confortable and overall the equipment is new and well maintained.
Negative: The two only drawbacks are the limited noise isolation, you can hear the people of the next room quite well and also the fact that our room had no window.

Positive: The room was clean. Very convenient that there was a kitchen and a coffee machine.
Negative: Really cheap construction. You could hear what are the others are talking about in their rooms as well as evry little noise. Νο soundproof at all. That made it realy hard to get some sleep at night with people coming in the building or getting out or just talking. The room was very small as well.

Positive: The property was clean and modern within walking distance of most of the tourist areas. The bed was memory foam and very comfortable.
Negative: The walls are extremely thin! We were in room 2 and could hear everything the people in room 1 showered, which the first 2 days of our stay they were coming back in the early hours of the morning like 2am and showering for 40 minutes waking us up. Luckily they did check out during our stay and the other guests that check in weren’t showering at those kind of times.

Negative: No windows. Very thin walls - I could hear every word of guests from next door rooms and their shower noices. Take a pair of ear plugs with you.

Positive: The property was excellent and I would like to describe the good and make some notes about what I think should be revised in the description. We stayed for 10 nights. The propriety has great facilities, fully equipped kitchen everything in great shape, washer and dyer and good internet. The first 4 were in a room upstairs with natural light, very well set bedroom with great bed and all the amenities needed. Beautiful bathroom with window, and great shower. 10/10 The next 6 days (I was not sure of staying in Madrid and didn’t reserve all the days together) I was moved to a room downstairs with the same characteristics of the one upstairs but with no window, the internet work but not as good as the other. The description said that there was an elevator but it didn’t have it. I think these two things should be adjusted. We enjoyed very much our experience and would highly recommend it. I have to add that the staff was always efficient and amable.
Summary: Great place to stay near eveeything you need for a good place in central Madrid.
