Positive: Unit 4 was a little gem! We enjoyed the view of the lake and people watching from the glass conservatory. Newly renovated and double glazed with luxury furnishings and products. We slept so well and didn’t hear anyone in the other apartments. The room was clean, warm with nice extra touches on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised.
Negative: Parking was limited but we managed to find spots.

Negative: The only minor thing is we struggled to regulate the temperature in the room as it has 2 heaters and underfloor bathroom heating. We tried leaving the window open but street noise was a lot.

Positive: This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The communication was excellent with regular emails outlining in detail all you needed to know and when I called the phone was answered promptly. Everything was very clean and to a high standard.

Positive: This was my second time staying here, and I totally recommend it—especially if you're traveling with elderly or kids. It’s super close to downtown Queenstown but still nice and quiet, with amazing views. The staff were really friendly and did their best to help with everything we asked. The room had everything we needed, felt warm and cozy, and was perfect for a family stay.
