Positive: This was our 2nd stay & it was just as good as the first. The location is great; close to the Sky Tower, Britomart, Waterfront & CBD (easy walk). Close to some good restaurants & bus stops. A good place to stay for a weekend or short visit to Auckland.

Negative: The facility is old, the bed springs loose, may need the replacement. The cleaning not really good, didn’t collect the rubbish every day, and didn’t provide the toiletries every day

Positive: Great location and close to where we needed to be. Underground secure car park was good. We got put in one of the higher level rooms which gave us a great view of the city and park. Staff were helpful and room was perfect for what we needed.
