Summary: Just a one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful in a very caring way. Room large and comfy. Great sleep on big comfy bed in quiet area. Bathroom fine and kitchen good too. Be handy for a long term stay.

Summary: It was amazing short stay, nice clean large, very comfortable accommodation in the city of Ballarat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, services.. love it, will recommend it to my family and friends. Can”t wait to visit again

Summary: I love Quest , I pick this company because of its comfort and great service. Ballarat Quest was good , but definitely not sound proof . Unfortunately our neighbors came back around 3.30 am we could hear them in the corridor talking then entering there room , they were very loud for an another good hour , loud talking. So before that we slept well until being woken by them. Great service from the reception ladies, warm and cosy .
