Summary: We received an upgrade to a unit and unfortunately there was no tv in the bedroom. Otherwise good. Would stay there again

Summary: Helen at reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was big, and the bed comfortable. The property is in a good location, with restaurants just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay here at Quest Ballarat.
