Positive: Close to train station, food/coffee. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very accomodating for older family member and allocated a ground floor room for her with walk in shower. Other levels were accessible with limited mobility too.

Negative: Softer mattresses. Hand rails in bath/shower to help step in bath with high sides.
