Positive: very spacious and quiet

Negative: water from the shower head is too fine and don't feel satisfied after a shower. Also 2 big cracks on top of the vanity with some sort of attempted patch up very visible. Vanity drain seemed restricted and did not drain well. the basin filled up if water is left on whist brushing teeth. suggest replacing floor tiles with larger tiles in future to get nicer look and feel. small tiles makes it feel dirty. shower area has a lot of soap scum clearly visible once it is wet. not cleaned properly for a while i'd suspect.

Summary: over all the apartment was very comfortable and served the purpose nicely for us. good location.
