Positive: This was a surprising gem in the heart of Orange. It was modern, neat, clean, well maintained and smelled nice. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It was quiet, the blackout curtains created darkness and the beds were so comfortable- you are going to have the perfect nights sleep. Staff in reception and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Great selection of coffee pods and tea. Comfortable couches to laze and watch TV. The extra touches in the room were appreciated. The town centre with all major shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Popular coffee spot across the road. What more could a traveller ask for? I know this is where I would stay if visiting again.

Positive: Great location within walking distance to the town, shops and cafes. Room was very clean, well lit and comforatble. Great little kitchenette. Loved the extra toucheds of a personalised welcome, a welcome drink and night time tea.

Negative: Had to park on the street. Not enough Quest dedicated parking in the carpark.

Summary: Very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Property is centrally located, clean and a good option.

Negative: Left two expensive bottles of wine in the room. Rang twice to say they had been left behind. Very dismissive. Suggested I should not have left them behind. I pointed out that I would not be the only one who accidentally left an item behind. Only after my insistence and refusal to take no for an answer did they call me back over 12 hours later and say they had miraculously found them. Just a very disappointing experience.
