Positive: The layout of the 2 storey unit was excellent (bear in mind, toilet is upstairs only). Lounge was super comfy. There was a lot of room in the unit overall. Downstairs was clean and tidy - be good for a long stay with full kitchenette and laundry in-room.
Negative: The mould in the bathroom shower - there was a fair bit. The noise from the 'deck' area - guests don't realise that when you are surrounded by two high and long buildings, voices echo a long way. Also - called to say son had left his favourite shorts in the room - still waiting on the call back that was going to be '15 minutes while I check with housekeeping.' In the end was cheaper to buy more shorts than the $50 Uber back to the hotel for an item that may or may not have been found. Very poor service in this regard. Also still waiting on $150 hold on my account to be refunded (that was apparently done on checkout, which was 24 hours ago, but hasn't been processed).
Summary: Fit for purpose - convenient to market and other grocery stores - service is lacking.
