Positive: The location was great within easy walking distance to the shops and harbour. The room was huge with a lounge kitchen and bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Negative: The furniture was a bit dated and there wasn't a lot of light in the lounge.
Summary: So glad we chose the Savoy great value for money a lovely spacious room close to everything.

Positive: Location was close to attractions and shops. Very easy walking distance to all places, so no need for a car unless you wanted to travel outside the city. Room was spacious and bathroom was large enough for two at a time. Lounge was comfortable and tv was adequate. Great kitchen, which was very convenient for our 5 night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: pillows could have been better. Curtains were a bit worn.

Positive: Great location. Walking distance to the waterfront, shops, a mall across the road. Quiet rooms from others and street noise.
Negative: The bathroom is a little tired, the shower head was a bit low and I'm not overly tall.
