Summary: Hard to find entrance with no legal parking. Staff were great and with appropriate direction the parking was convenient

Summary: The property is in the heart of the city with 24/7 security. The staff is very welcoming and have charming personalities. Parking is on fifth floor, can be a bit tricky turning tight corners. However,the shower pressure was a bit low 🚿

Summary: Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean. Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath. The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking.

Summary: The location of the property is very nice. It is a little old and dated. The carpet inside the room needs to be replaced, the couch is so low and dirty. The staff were very nice and helpful and very polite. The parking was a little complicated.

Summary: Clean rooms, quiet, great staff, quick check-in, The only negative is the TV channels only 10 channels. Great movie list but I have seen them all twice.

Summary: Property is centrally located , good customer service, we had 2 rooms but we we did not get any room service for 3 days, otherwise all fine .

Summary: One stop shop with a kitchenette, gym, laundry facilities. Very safe in a secure building and 24 hour reception - an ideal place for business stay overs in the heart of town neat supermarkets, food outlets on level 2 and 5 mins down the road. Staff are polite, friendly, very well trained - accessible and very safe on site car park. Nothing to fault at all - our handy / favourite place to stay when visiting Suva
