Summary: After doing pre check in and saying we were going to arrive around 2 - 2.30pm we arrived early at 1.48pm thinking surely it should be ready for us!! No they hadn’t even started cleaning our room yet and were told to come back in an hr and it should be done!! We just wanted to check in and have a rest before going out!! Not very good room was not ready for the normal check in time of 2pm let alone I didn’t get keys until 2.50pm!!

Summary: Had a good stay at Williamstown North, apartment was lovely and warm in freezing weather, very clean and lovely staff. Mattresses were very firm and water pressure was non-existent. Was super location for where we needed to be, easy walk to supermarket.
