Positive: The staff member who phoned to confirm my booking was very pleasant.

Negative: On arrival ID and credit card was demanded - I did not expect this but as payment had already been taken I couldn't change my mind. Pool was freezing so unusable pool was the reason I had booked the Quest. Location was awful - I much preferred Albury. The constantly flashing smoke alarm above my bed made sleep virtually impossy
