Summary: We had some initial technical difficulties with the smart-lock system, but owner was very responsive in helping us get through them. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, convenient and modern - much nicer and more spacious than the pictures. The owners provide soaps, detergents, good appliances, and all linens. There was just 1 bathroom, but it was huge, with a separate shower and big bathtub. The location was in a large clean and modern suburban multi family housing development, not in downtown Gatineau. There was no usable outdoor space and the roads and sidewalks were treeless. That said, despite the far west suburban setting, we were able to drive to down town Ottawa and other parts of Gatineau within 15-20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for couples and small families in hat don’t mind driving everywhere.
