Enjoy your stay in this third floor (no elevator) beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo which is conveniently located 5 miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and 3 miles from Lewes Beach. The proximity to the beaches, stores, outlets, and restaurants makes this condo a great spot for families, couples, and groups of friends. Our condo amenities include community pool*, free parking and WiFi, smart TV, washer, and dryer.

Each bedroom has a dresser and ceiling fan.
Kitchen comes fully equipped including dishwasher, new non-stick pots/pans and cutlery set; plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and utensils. Separate dining area comfortably seats 4 while breakfast bar seats another 2 people.
High speed internet/wifi provided. Free on-site parking, washer/dryer in unit, pool pass for summer months, Central A/C. Guests will need to supply own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.) and paper products (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel upon check-in, if you need additional toilet paper and paper towels you will need to provide).
No smoking/no pets allowed.
Check-in time is not earlier than 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Prompt check-out is required due to turn-over time for the next rental.

Summary: The condo was beautiful and very roomy for my family of 5! The balcony was a great bonus for the kids to sit and relax but have their time to themselves without us adults. Pool was very nice and most times we were there alone! The only complaint we had was the water is the showers was either burning hot or freezing cold, we couldnt seem to find the happy medium! But we had an amazing time and have already decided we will book here again in the future!

Summary: The apartment was cozy and spacious for just the 2 of us. The location was great, right off busy route 1, but in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were able to visit all the nearby beaches, Cape Henlopen, Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, all within 30 minute drive. The apartment had everything we needed, but be sure to bring extra toilet paper. Internet was good and I was able to work from the apartment. Carolyn and Dave were very responsive to my questions. Overall, we had a very nice time!

Summary: This is a very nice condo close to shopping and Rehoboth Beach and located in a quiet community. I would have liked to have seen some coffee (there’s a coffee maker and a Keurig but no coffee) and some welcome toiletries (no shampoo or body wash/soap, so bring your own!). Having these would have given the property a more welcoming touch. The biggest issue, however, is the noisy ceiling fans, especially the one in the master bedroom. We eventually had to turn it off in the middle of the night because it kept waking us up. I hope a maintenance crew can fix that before additional guests arrive. Aside from those relatively minor issues, the condo is a nice place to stay while on the Delaware coast.

Summary: The positives were that the place was generally clean and quiet. The negatives were tv in living room did not work and the refrigerator was leaking plus the condo smelled like a smokers house, which was not so pleasant for some of us with a sensitive nose. There was an air filter that did help but we also had to buy plug-in air fresheners. Obviously, the refrigerator leaking and tv not working was a fluke so I don’t hold that against you but the smoke smell would prevent me from booking again. Everything else was fine since we did not spend a majority of our time there.

Summary: Our family of 4 loved our stay at this condo Thanksgiving weekend visiting family. Everything seemed new and very clean. We loved that the teens had their own spaces. My only recommendation for improvement would be to put blinds on the living room windows (we used the sofa bed, and teens generally don't like the bright morning sun) :) But the place is well equipped, comfortable, and the neighborhood is good for walking / jogging. Overall great stay. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed here for sports at the beach baseball but also enjoyed lewes and Rehoboth. All quite close and easy to get to. Condo was clean and just what we needed

Summary: We loved the location as it was close to both Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, the outlets, and grocery stores. Unit was very clean and nicely stocked with necessities. Owner was very responsive and courteous. Would recommend for those looking for a visit to the area.
