Summary: Very comfortable accommodation in quiet rural location, but within 10 minute drive of the charming town of Banon. Set in wonderful landscape with lots of interesting wildlife in the area. The all weather swimming pool was great and enjoyed every day. The nearby town of Banon is very picturesque, has a small supermarket, boulangerie, weekly market and the most wonderful goats cheese of the same name. (Also an excellent bookshop that is worth a visit) Hosts were available on site, friendly and helpful. We will not forget the aroma of the lavender fields when we opened the door each morning. We visited a number of locations without travelling a great distance and would recommend Simiane-la-Rotonde, The Lure Mountain, the gardens at Salagon, and the Abbaye de Senanque (especially during the lavender season).
