Summary: The property is fantastic. Great amenities, plenty of space for all. Beautiful pool/deck and easy 4 min walk to private beach. The owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Summary: We are 4 retired couples who stayed at this house, which was as advertised, for a month with great pleasure. The house was very roomy for 8 people; we did not ever get in each other’s way. The pool, although not heated, was quite warm enough to swim in by late February and was delightful – even in the evening. The beach was a 1 minute drive from the house and a 10 minute walk, with dedicated parking at the uncrowded Moorings Beach. Michael and Kelly were very responsive and acted quickly to address some minor issues. Some things to consider: Wifi is slow with heavy use. The kitchen is a bit dated and hard to navigate with more than 4 people at a time. But we would happily go back there; it seemed like 1 month was not long enough!

Summary: Fantastic home and host! Great location-Easy walk/drive to the beach and to town :-) We had more than enough room for three couples. The house was well stocked and well appointed, and had so many extras that exceeded our expectations! Will definitely rent again!

Summary: Homey, comfortable and well appointed. Michael the host is amazingly responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My primary issue was with the ovens which were old (decades) and had seen much better days: The temp was unreliable in one (Michael filled me in on that issue when he showed me around upon arrival) and the other was soiled with a heating element hanging somewhat precariously from the top. Perhaps other guests are not planning on cooking all that much - though for me at least that is appeal of renting a home - and my sister and I had ambitious baking plans (home-made croissants) so perhaps I am more sensitive than most on this point. The lid of the kitchen garbage can could use a good scrubbing, as could the bottom of the master-bath trashcan. FYI for future guests: The pool is not heated - I am not sure if that is typical for Florida, but I would understand why if it is, and at 66 degrees during my stay in January it was REFRESHING ;) This home is clearly and understandably well-loved by it’s family.

Summary: The home was a perfect fit for our family! Very clean and spacious and a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The neighborhood was quite private, yet a short drive to shops and restaurants. Michael was an exemplary host, meeting us at the property on arrival and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Summary: It is our second time staying at this wonderful home. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is large enough to accommodate all of us. We especially enjoyed family meals around the large dining table. We plan on coming back next year!

Summary: House pictures are accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out & host dinners with extended family. The pool is well maintained. Beach is beautiful & a short walk. The host answered all questions & was very helpful. We would stay here again when coming back to Vero Beach!

Summary: Perfect location, wonderful hosts and lovely home for two families to enjoy some fun in the sun. House was large and accommodating for families to have some privacy but also perfect common spaces to enjoy time together, including pool area and screened patio (and dinner table for everyone!) Will definitely be going back so please dont book the weekend we want! Hahaha!
