Summary: The Good: - clean and well maintained - plenty of towels and linens - comfortable beds and seating - large refrigerator and freezer - three televisions - bright, well lit space - quiet, homey atmosphere The bad: - over abundance of plug in air fresheners - no ice maker The ugly: - while it is largely out of the hosts hands, the outside of property is in serious need of repair - front deck is unusable and dangerous (warped boards sticking up) - siding is faded, peeling or broken The conclusion: Overall we were happy with our stay. The outside is very off putting but, if you can get past that, the actual rental is clean and comfortable.
