Centrally located home that has everything to enjoy in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Located 20 min. from Downtown Dallas & Arlington with quick and easy access to I-20/ I-35/ US-67/ & FM-1382. Also 10 min. from Joe Pool Lake, mall, restaurants & hiking trails.

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood located minutes from everything needed such as grocery stores and shopping.
THE SPACE
2-Story with Master downstairs and secondary bedrooms upstairs. A huge pool (not heated) in the backyard with grill (propane).
*Grill is propane only and we do provide a tank on property, however we do not refill the tanks, therefore if planning to use the grill, you will have to take to the local Walmart (not neighborhood) or other store and pay approximately $15-$20 to refill the tank we have on property. Additionally, we require guest to clean the grill prior to departure. If not cleaned an additional fee of $50 will be applied to your stay.
Quiet neighborhood! Great space for getaways with family*. Downstairs Master has private bathroom access while 2 bedrooms and loft bedroom upstairs shares a restroom and a half bath located downstairs near living room.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Because of the weather, the pool was used almost every day. The kitchen is very well laid out for several people to work there at once.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here very much. Located in a nice neighborhood, the home has plenty of space. The home was also very clean, and the pool was a perfect addition as the weather has been so hot. The host was beyond kind and accommodating. She responded immediately anytime we had any questions. We would recommend this home and host.

Summary: Our family was so grateful for the stay we had in your home. It was a great "landing pad" for us and not far from the college we were helping our son get settled at. We were a bit concerned by the neighborhood situation when taking a walk. We are not used to seeing bars over doorways and windows and hearing automated voices from two garages say, "You are now being recorded." But the home itself felt safe and welcoming. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the pool was a wonderful blessing on the hot 100's days we had! Thank you!

Summary: Regardless of how many times I made contact with "Super Host Ebony," she was willing and ready to assist. Patience is truly a virtue. And the home was inviting. Pillows are a pet pev of mine but I'll acknowledge different guest prefer different types of pillows so I will digress.

Summary: Ebony was great to work with. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable also. There were 6 of us & the roominess was excellent. We were gone most days but Sunday afternoon we relaxed by the pool and had a great time! We are thankful we had a nice place to stay.

Summary: Rented this house for my family of 7. We had a great experience. Home was super clean and very comfortable. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed using it every day of our stay. Every time I contacted the hosts they got back to me very quickly. Would definitely rent this house again.
