Summary: My family of 4 enjoyed staying at this house. The house was very cozy and comfortable. We loved getting cozy in front of the gas fireplace. We stay at Saw Creek Estate every winter. Our kids love the indoor pool. Will book this house again next winter. Check in process and owner communication was seamless.

Summary: I took some time before writing this review because I am really confused that none of the guests prior to us did not mention any of this in their reviews. When we first arrived at the home we quickly realized that the pictures did not accurately display the property. I believe the outside of the property along with inside the home has not been properly attended too in a long time.. This home is in need of a very deep clean. The freezer leaks. The toaster oven and the stove/oven are dirty. There are personal belongings in a lot of the drawers in the bathroom and bedrooms. The closets are full of comforters on the floor so you can’t use them. The dryer is so loud when using, it sounds like it’s going to break at any moment, as well as the bifold door is broken and almost hit my friend in the head when she opened it. The back door knob is so loose it doesn’t feel safe but thank goodness there was a deadbolt as well. There are multiple lightbulbs out in the house along with broken lamps. We tried not to let these things ruin our trip . But what really was the icing on the cake, the last night of our stay we decided to use the gas grill to cook a few potatoes and some turkey burgers. We turned the grill on, put the potatoes on sat down on deck to chitchat why those cooked and within minutes the grill was on FIRE!! Thankfully with some quick thinking and a fire extinguisher we were able to put the fire out safely and no one or nothing else was hurt or damaged. After we all calmed down and cleaned up the fire extinguisher powder I called the owner. I was really taken aback by her nonchalant attitude towards the situation. I did express to her that this grill must have not been cleaned in a very very long time. I own and have used gas grills my entire life and have never seen anything like what I experienced with this grill. I also told her if she has guests coming after us they CANNOT use the grill and that she will need to replace the fire extinguisher immediately. She just stated that she was sorry that it happened and I proceeded to tell her about a few of the other things we noticed in the home especially the door that almost hit my friend and she said she was not aware. That she was relying on others & a cleaning lady & that was really odd to me. I certainly hope that she takes this situation seriously and visits her property and check it out for herself because it sounded like she hasn’t been to her property in a long time. The pools were nice!

Summary: The property was in a great Location The only 2 complaints I would have is that I think they should do a hard Cleaning once a month and fix some of the maintenance issues

Summary: The house was perfect. It is beautifully decorated and nicely layed out. It has all the conveniences of home. Neighborhood was quiet. Went swimming, kayaking, and played pickleball. Sheila always communicated immediately. Would definitely return.
