- Main room very bright with 2 "stresless" armchairs and their pouffes, TV, tables, board games. a round table, 4 chairs a sideboard containing the necessary crockery.
- Fitted kitchen open to the main room: table, induction hob, extractor hoods, microwave, oven / grill, fridge / freezer, coffee maker + nespresso, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and kitchen utensils , table and iron.
- 2 independent bedrooms: 1st with 140 X 190 bed, bedside tables, wardrobe / wardrobe, chair.(a baby bed can be provided)
2nd with 2 beds of 90 X 190 desk, shelves, library.
The rooms are equipped with 2 double glazed windows + shutter to ensure calm
despite the proximity of the station.
- Shower room: shower cubicle, sink, hair dryer, storage cupboards, electric towel dryer.
All linens are provided (bedding, toiletries, kitchen) beds made on arrival.
-Independent WC with cupboard for cleaning products provided.
-a dressing room with 2 wardrobes and storage shelves.
- Very sunny 8 m2 terrace. Table, chairs, motorized tarpaulin, pleasant open view.
Free public parking in front of the building but possibility of a private garage, with supplement.

on the banks of the Rhône can close your days.
You will be in the center of a very touristic region 30 km around: Nîmes,
Arles, Orange, Lubéron, St Rémy de Provence, Le Pont du Gard, Ventoux.
Avignon may be the base point for many excursion departures:
between 80 and 100km La Camargue, la Grande Motte, Marseille.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful apartment just outside of the city walls of Avignon. It was a simple walk to the center of the city. The couple that rented us the place is very sweet and helpful!

Summary: We had a lovely 2 days in this apartment. We were warmly greeted by the hosts who spent time with us to tell us about the area and things that may be of interest to us. The apartment has all the mod cons and they had thoughtfully put cold drinks in the fridge for us! As it was very hot when we were there, the aircon was much appreciated! We managed to find parking out on the road each day.Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Summary: I spent 28 days in the most comfortable, well equipped apartment imaginable. And not only that, it is a pleasant walk to all modes of transportation and city center. And also the FREE bus stops on my street. Couldn't ask for a more convenient situation when visiting a foreign country.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Françoise and Andre’s. Françoise has equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.The location was perfect. An easy walk into Avignon center as well as the local train station.Françoise and André were so attentive. They gave us a tour of the apartment, provided wonderful information about the area, making check in very easy.We felt right at home.We did not do a winery tour. I don’t know why that was included in this review??

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The location is fantastic. It is around the corner from the train station in the downtown area of Avignon, and it is super quiet. Francoise and Andre are really nice and the check-in process was great. I have stayed in other apartments through other booking websites and this has been my best experience in ever. The kitchen is well stocked, and I was able to make lattes every day. The bedroom was very comfortable and the individual heating system worked fine. I wasn’t there in the warmer months, but there was individual air-conditioning units in the rooms so I do not believe that would be a problem. The balcony was a great with a really nice view. The kitchen was well stocked, and I was able to shop and cook with no problems. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Summary: A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need for enjoying your stay. We loved the kitchen and especially enjoyed the deck with the view of the red tiled rooftops of Avignon. We took several day trips by train and really loved that our apartment was so close to the train station. That was a definite plus!

Summary: We arrived at the central bus station, and made the short walk to the property. Francoise and Andre had previously contacted us to ask our approximate arrival time, so when we texted them from the front door they were walking up the sidewalk within five minutes. We were given a good walk-through of the spotless apartment, cold drinks were waiting in the fridge, and they gave us lots of good advice on local attractions and amenities, along with an invitation to contact them if we had any questions or issues along the way. The apartment was ideally situated for our stay, a few minutes walk to the heart of old Avignon, and we were even able to walk to Villeneuve les Avignon. We took a day trip by bus to Aix en Provence, and rented a car for the day to visit some Luberon hill villages that we hadn't seen on our walk just prior to arrival in Avignon. We had originally planned to rent a car for three days prior to driving it to Marseille airport for the flight home, but parking is a bit tight in the area, and we opted to take the train to MRS instead. The apartment was perfect for our visit, very well equipped, and Francoise and Andre were perfect hosts. The building was quiet, and the balcony was nice for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.

Summary: This is a nice little apartment just a very short walk from the old city. It is not very modern but it is comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts are absolutely delightful and they make sure you have a great stay.

Summary: Andre and Francoise were the best hosts! They met me off the train and showed me every detail about the apartment. It is so well fitted out, nothing is missing. It’s like being in your home away from home. The location is great with easy walking to everything in old Avignon. It’s near the train and bus station but the windows are so well insulated that you do NOT hear the trains. Andre and Francoise are very friendly and they enjoy getting to know more about the people who stay in their apartment. It was a chance for me to practice my French and for Francoise to practice her English! I would highly recommend visitors to Avignon to stay in this apartment and would definitely stay there again if I return to Avignon.
