We are excited to share our home away from home with you. The home is ideal for families or those wanting a quiet getaway. This beautiful beach house is half a mile from the beach (10 minute walk one minute drive). We have a pool with a small beach area in the back. Screened in patio for lounging. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a Florida room with sliding doors and a king size pull out sofa for an additional guest room. Beautiful brand new kitchen with microbe, stove and dishwasher. We have Pack and play available. We also have toys/activities for kids. You will be close to tons charming restaurants and downtown Melbourne. 45 minutes to Orlando. The Melbourne airport is 15 minutes away.

Summary: This property was more than i expected. It was very comfortable. It was a much needed vacation and this house offered everything we wanted. Lots of room for the kids, clean and well kept. Chris was a great host, very quick to answer me.. i highly reccmmend this host and home.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Lots of room to move around and space for everyone. Everything was clean and working and the hosts were very easy to work with. I’d highly recommend.

Summary: Upon arrival, the house wasn’t clean inside or outside. 1. Pool/Backyard-Guide said it gets clean every Thursday, it was clearing not being maintained. It had built up green algae, and stuff all in it. It needed to be vacuumed and Chemicals added. You could tell it hasn’t been maintained for months. The only reason we got this house was because of the pool and my family did not get to enjoy it the whole time we were there. I lost the whole day on 4th of July so could meet with the pool guy to tell him what needed to be done. When he left I ask my son to check the pool while I went to the restroom. Even though on the pictures it shows double doors going out to the pool. They have them locked up so you only have one old access door to use, it would jam up every time we would go out to check on the pool. When he went to open the door the glass popped off and shattered all over his arm and he got multiple cuts. Backyard needed to be power washed and cleaned. We couldn’t even cook out we decided to go to the beach instead it was cleaner than the pool and backyard. 3. Master Bedroom and Bath - Bedsheets smelt dirty and felt like they hand sand in them (Same with the additional guest rooms). Found dirty adult and kids swimsuit from previous guest in drawers. Bath - Had sand in shower and floors. Toilet seat was old and broken. 5. Neighborhood - The house in front of this property look like a hoarder house. The yard was disgusting. This place was over priced for the amenities.

Summary: Nicely appointed, great layout, private backyard with pool was fantastic! We were missing a clothes iron, communicated with the owner and within an hour we had one! Great service! Would stay again in a minute! Loved it!
