Summary: Having all of the check in and checkout information available was a task it self ! You have to register your own vehicle everyday your there so it won’t get towed , parking is very limited…. I don’t think the property owners are aware of it being an air b&b … over all the apartment is decorated beautifully! It could be cleaned a little more …

Summary: The home is decorated nicely. The location is convenient if you have a vehicle. The amenities however are horrible. If you’re looking for a place with a pool, book somewhere else. The pool was extremely dirty and has severe chipping. It’s unsafe for swim and does not look like the pictures. The weight room has standard equipment which was fine but the lounge area smells of mold. The host does not respond to messages. VRBO called her, she gave me her number and then ignored all of my text messages. Overall, I would not book with her again.

Summary: We arrived and went up with our belongs just to get there and there was no electricity in the condo and I called and she respond and said she would find out what was going on. I waited about 20 minutes and I called again because she did not get back. She then said that she had changed electric companies do to a hurrican and that that she had to call the old comp0any to turn on electricity because the new one was not going to be turned on till tommorrow. I waited and I got no call back and it was hot and family was cranky we came all the way from Arizona long long drive and she said it would take 20 minures to kick on I waited an hour still nothing and I called again she said company said it can take up to 2 hours and it has been an hour and she said you just have 1 hour let me make it up to you and buy dinner. I gladdly accepted and electric finally came on . Pizza that she ordered was going to be 45 minutes which we waited nothing came so we order dinner and then a large pizza with wings from dominos arrives for a family of 7 It wsas a nice gesture but she was aware of my family size so it made me feel she did the absolute least she could do in this situation. Place was well kept but no electricity was horrible so I do not feel that I would use VRBO again. Situations with them were handled better and half a day with no electric in Texas is horrible. And stated two rooms and a pull out bed no pull out bed

Summary: Do not recommend arriving after dark. The parking situation is pretty complicated. Parking is behind a code controlled gate, you need to download an app to register your car, and you have to renew your registration every day and send a copy to the owner each day. The owner is not local, but did an okay job of fixing various issues that arose at the beginning and during the stay.
