Summary: After reading all the tiles and paying a 100. Cleaning fee I would have thought this place would have been clean. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets ,refrigerator was dirty the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the sink and in tub. But other then that the stay was great. I just expected it to be more clean after paying the 100 for cleaning. Thank you for the stay.

Summary: This is an awesome place! The house is stocked with goodies. All dishes, towels, pots and pans and even a fan in each bedroom! (Nice) the beds were very comfortable and it is really peaceful there. Satellite TV, Internet. It’s a great place and definitely worth the money. The only issue we had, is we weren’t given a key. We weren’t able to lock the house. The people that live on the property are very nice and accommodating.

Summary: My husband, two-year-old, and I spent five days around the 4th of July at this property. We had a wonderful time—my husband and I relaxed in the quiet, and our daughter had a blast swimming in the pond, feeding the fish, and looking for tadpoles. Jeff and Theresa were gracious hosts and very welcoming; we got to tour the farm and see cows, a sheep, and a pony, as well as play with their dogs. It was an animal-loving toddler’s dream come true :) It’s a great place for families or anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. The cabin itself is set up very well, too—very comfy and nice sleeping spaces close together on the second floor. We loved it!

Summary: Had a great weekend with our son and granddaughters. Weather was beautiful so played in the water most of the time.Pond was clear and clean. We enjoyed the diving board, the dock, and the swing. Pepper, the lab hung our with us Saturday, spent the night on the porch and saw us off today. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, loved sitting on the porch.Very nice rustic decor. Jeff and Teresa were great hosts and made us feel right at home.Plenty of pots and pans and dishes, plus some extras. Only suggestion I have is if you plan to spend much time at the pond take a canopy to put up to get out of the sun occasionally and keep drinks in coolers cold. There are no trees nearby. Probably not suitable for young kids or those with ambulation problems due to bedrooms upstairs and bathroom on first floor. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin in Mt. Perry. The surrounding area is serene and the drive in is just as relaxing as the cabin. The owners, Jeff and Theresa, are wonderful people who are available for whatever you may need. If you are lucky, their lovable dogs will pay a visit while you enjoy your morning coffee on the porch. Pepper (aka His Darkness, The Dingus, Lord Chesterfield of House Sheba) took an exceptional liking to our group and was equally sad to see us leave as we were to go. We plan to head back soon and enjoy the cabin and swimmin’ pond to it’s fullest. We would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to seeing Jeff and Theresa again. Also, I cannot forget the sheep... if you stay here, check them out. In closing, this place is fantastic and if you are considering staying here... just click and book it! You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Jeff and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed from BBQ grill to directions around the area. They gave us a nice tour of their man-made pond. Very personable people. I highly recommend staying here for groups of people. The upstairs was perfect with 7 individual beds. We stayed here while attending the Rock on the Range music festival in nearby Columbus, OH.
