Welcome to our Meadow Glade farm, a comfortable, newly furnished and decorated home, close to Battle Ground with its quant, east side shops. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably in bedrooms but we also have a swinging queen bed on the patio. It has a heated mattress for those cold nights so no matter the weather, it’s cozy! Enjoy the beautiful view of our barn, a neat outbuilding for hanging out, games for the children, large indoor rock fireplace, apple trees, blueberries, blackberries, our summer garden, cows to feed apples to…just a great space for you to call home for your stay!
Please note, we do NOT have a television. We invite you to a quiet and peaceable retreat where spouse, siblings, parents, children and friends can disconnect and enjoy visiting with each other. May you feel as we did, the calm and relaxation that abounds when we rest our minds.

Summary: No property could have been more ideal for our women's retreat than this one. Not only did the home have everything we needed inside, but the views from the wrap-around porch/deck, landscape, sunrises, sunsets, and night sky contributed spectacularly to the sheer magic that we all felt for 5 days and 4 nights. Summary: ‘Meadow Glade’ is such a lovely place ~ the house is exceptional, comfortable, and feels like “home.” This roomy place is a joy to gather at inside, or linger outside on the swinging bed or near a fire pit. Play corn hole, ping pong, volleyball, BBQ, or just relax. Visit the cows by the barn. Watch the sunset. Bethany is very personable, responds quickly, attends to needs, and makes sure that you fully enjoy the accommodations. The neighbors in the tiny house and in the barn were respectful of our space during our stay. Norma offered additional parking and supplies and it was a pleasure to meet her. This Meadow Glade stay is outstanding!

Summary: We loved staying here! We did all the things. We fed the cows, pet the cat, played corn hole, relaxed on the outside bed, watched the sunsets and enjoyed spending time as a family!

Summary: We had a great stay celebrating our Mother/MIL’s 75th birthday. We luckily met Norma as we were pulling up to the property 24 minutes early with a over tired 18month old. She was warm and friendly; let us know she was done cleaning and to enjoy our stay. To let her know if we needed anything. We let her know we had some family staying the following day for a late lunch to celebrate. She was helpful with parking tips explaining how the party before us (celebrating their mother’s 90th birthday) had quite a few cars as well, and were told it was ok to park in the grass on the side, she told us it was ok as well. The house was incredible. Everyone was impressed with the property and it was so fun for the kids to see the cows and tracks left in the snow by Miss Tea. The kids all loved the secrete passage way to the playroom. Endless hours of fun. Can’t wait to come back in the summer. Next time we will bring more large black trash bags, a large cutting board, a pie server, and a good knife. It was a bit tricky cutting into a watermelon and chopping in general without these tools but we made it just fine. Several soap containers had been re filled with water in place of soap. I had to swap them out with soap dispensers containing soap from the bathrooms for our guests. I loved the Nespresso and all the different serve wear. Everyone remarked how incredibly decorated the home was. Thank you for the lovely merorable stay.

Summary: We came for a sibling getaway. The house was spacious, but felt cozy and comfortable, and was perfectly decorated! We loved the country feel, and yet we were close to Vancouver and Portland, and enjoyed some activities there also. The owner was super responsive and answered my emails within an hour or two. And my brother loved sleeping on the porch bed!

Summary: We were thrilled to walk into a spacious and tastefully decorated modern farmhouse. The openess was just what we wanted. The kitchen was huge and the upscale gas range made cooking a treat for me and my son-in-law who loves to cook. We even tried out the small electric ice cream maker. There is a more traditional one, if you want one. We cooked most meals there, so all the appliances and utensils were most appreciated. The outdoor heated bed was a fun novelty some used during the day, since it was January. It rained most of the time we were there, but the covered area with the gas firepit was put to good use. We made smores. The cat was friendly and wants some love, she'll join you when you are out. When the internet went out, we called and the owner talked my son-in-law through how to get it up and running. The owners are very helpful. We ran out of paper towels/toilet paper and the lady who lives in the tiny house on the property gave us some more. There were no clothes rods or hooks in some of the rooms, which was a bit inconvienient for those of us in those rooms. I suggest that those be added. Also, small trash cans in bedrooms would also be appreciated. The bed comfort varied by room. Over all, we would love to come back here in the summer or spring and take advantage of the garden and outdoors. Oh....and the "secret entrance" to the "secret room" was a surprise and delighted my 4 year old grandaughter and me! Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

Summary: The house is located on beautiful property east of Vancouver, in Battleground, WA. The house was just as presented on VRBO. The kitchen and living space were open and comfortable with enough room for everyone plus our grandson to run around. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious. Overall, it was a great experience for everyone and anticipate coming back. Thanks Bethany!
