This is a private Suite with private entrance and private backyard. Unit is attached to main house . However, is completely separate. Very quiet neighborhood, strict quiet hours will apply from 8 PM till 8 AM. This is for the comfort over everyone. I Check guest in personal when possible. However, Front drive way has security cameras facing the street. Thermostat is located in the main house. However, you will have a portable heater and AC to adjust the room temperatures.
Security cameras also located on both outdoor sides of the house.

Summary: I needed to come to the Reno Sparks area for around 30 days for a family issue. It was an unexpected trip and I’d be there for the most time by myself as a single woman with my two small French bulldogs. The neighborhood was very safe and the hostess was terrific. I felt like I was in my own private area. Private entrance, cute little backyard for my dogs, clean and safe! Locations only a few minutes away from the freeway and there was a lot really close by. Thank you Victoria!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay! Really cool private backyard area, with gas fire pit and lighting for night time fun. Victoria even brought over a grill so we could cook outside in the evenings. Large bathroom with a big shower and huge tub. We highly recommend this property.
