Casa C'an Biel is located in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma, just 300 metres as the crow flies from the beautiful sandy Sa Coma Beach. The detached house has a spacious, sheltered garden with an inviting 8 x 4 metre pool, ideal for relaxing hours and refreshing moments in the water.
A large driveway leads to the house, which is accessed via a staircase. A spacious living room with satellite TV and WLAN awaits you on the first floor. A bright dining area and access to the large terrace offer a marvellous view over the residential area. The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there is a bedroom with a Mallorcan double bed and a bathroom.

Summary: Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket, 10 min walk to a large supermarket. Awesome pool and pool area. Super nice balcony for eating and socializing. Air condition in all three bedrooms. Room for 3 cars on driveway. Not the newest standard but clean and nice. Kitchen kind of small but there’s room for two people cooking at the same time.

Summary: Lovely two weeks. The house was spotless and Maria was just lovely. Good location easy walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Pool very nice and kept very clean

Summary: Stayed here 2 weeks , Maria met us following day as arrived late, lovely lady showed us round and explained everything though communication was difficult as my Spanish needs drastic work and Maria spoke mainly Spanish. House spotlessly clean on entry, lovely pool area, close to the beach maybe 500m and very near to 3 spars for little very basic shops but go to carrefour maybe 10 fifteen minutes walk for choice as have everything there. On leaving property Maria very helpful again when we forgot bag with passports she found it in villa and waited for us to return from airport to collect, so very grateful just managed to catch our flight.

Summary: Had a really good stay at the villa. Pool was Lovley and the accommodation was spacious. The bathroom on the first floor needs to be updated and we were very disappointed that the air conditioning in the main bedroom was not working!! This distracted from the holiday as had to leave window open and we then got bitten to death. My partner had over 30 bites. I feel that if there is a mosquito issue then the villa owner should have adequate traps in the property.
