About 4 blocks from the Hattiesburg Zoo and the new water park, this home is large enough for a group of 4 or a small family to not feel crowded, but small enough to have a cozy warm environment to relax.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that they have been reviewed. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
- Please contact the host upon check-in if there are any items that are of concern--we're happy to help explain how anything works in the house or address concerns you may have. 2 hours after checking in, we will assume that the accommodations are acceptable to your needs for your stay and will address issues that might arise during your stay quickly.
- House trained dogs are welcome (we have a dog door into the backyard they can use if trained for that), but please no cats or other animals. Please do not leave any pets unattended during your stay unless confined to a crate. Any damages caused by a pet will incur additional cleaning or repair/replacement fees.
- Please respect any signage and do not touch any of the artwork (many pieces in the home are available for purchase if you are interested).
-In addition to the artwork on the walls and surfaces, there are small temperature sensors (not cameras!) for the Ecobee digital thermostat in the front bedroom on the dresser and on a shelf in the back workspace area; please do not drop them or move these into other rooms as they help regulate the temperature throughout the house. If they are of concern to you, feel free to put them in a dresser drawer or turn them to face the wall--they are only temperature and motion sensors for the A/C, but we understand that not everyone may be familiar with these.
- The garage area is the only area that is locked and off limits to guests.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm, and do not have any guests beyond the occupants in the reservation after this time.
- There shall be no smoking, vaping, or other similar activities inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Illegal drug use will result in your stay being cancelled and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use while staying in the house; there is a dishwasher and dishwasher detergent is provided. If you have a lot of dirty dishes at the end of your stay, loading and starting the dishwasher would be appreciated, but not required.
- PARKING: parking is provided in the driveway. There should be room for at least 2-3 cars there, however the garage is off limits. Please do not park in the grass in the yard.
- Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves if you choose to use the grill. You will likely need to buy charcoal unless the previous guest left some as it is not supplied.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If for some reason you move chairs/furniture in the house elsewhere, please put them back where you found them before you check out.
- Parties are strictly forbidden by the house rules. The neighbors in this area will report parties if they occur. Also, if the number of additional visitors to the house indicates a party is occurring, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with the reservation cancelled and no refunds.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges required and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
