Roomy, clean, spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress, also a queen, that can be set up in the living room. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and stove. I also provide a coffee maker, toaster, and waffle iron. The living room has a fire place, couch, 2 recliners, and dish satellite available. Outside there is a fire pit and a BBQ pit. Keep in mind that this is a RV with 2 ac units but if it's 100 degrees outside it will be 75-80 inside.

Summary: Such a nice and quiet place for family and fur babies we enjoyed our stay. The owners were very friendly and kind. My children can't wait to go back. They were in love with the pool and little trail was a fun adventure to them.

Summary: The rental is just as described. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and was perfect for graduation weekend. The owners contacted us ahead of time and gave us all the information. They even made sure the AC was already running when we arrived.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. This was a perfect location with beautiful scenery of the hill country. The RV was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking/grilling. The property manager was such a great host. She was very courteous and the customer service was superb. She stopped by and introduced herself and showed me how the ins and outs and made sure we didn't have any questions and let us know she was available to answer any other questions she may have. Can't wait to go back to this gem!
