Charming, quiet and beautiful New England beach house located right in Sand Hills, Scituate. Walk to everything! 4 min walk to Museum Beach, 6 min walk to Sand Hills Beach, 15 min walk to Downtown (shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc) & Scituate Lighthouse and 5 min walk to Scituate Harbor. Please know this is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and parties & gatherings are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed but there is space in the driveway for 3 cars max. Please know outside noise is not allowed after 9pm (we can’t disturb the neighbors). Thank you!

Summary: We recently stayed at this lovely property in Scituate. We used to live in Hull, MA (which is just a few miles away from Scituate), so we are very familiar with the area. The house is within walking distance of the downtown/central area and also within a lovely neighborhood that is great for strolls down to the ocean or out to the lighthouse. Our stay was very comfortable!

Summary: Family of 5 stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this VBRO! Pictures of property were accurate and very clean. Each room has individual AC units and was a game changer, especially with 90 degree days. The home was well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. Jenn, the property owner, was exceptional with communication and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend visiting and staying in this VBRO. Close to the water and restaurants, pleasant community. :)

Summary: This was our first time renting. I was a bit nervous, I didn’t know the procedure and worried about how it would be. Our contact person made it very easy for us. We arrived and the home was just the way it is pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Stores and restaurants close by. Very quiet area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We were attending a wedding in town which turned out to be walking distance from the house. So convenient. The neighborhood was great to explore and the house was clean, with lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax between activities.
