Welcome to this lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath pool home located in a quiet neighborhood with just a quick drive to much of Port Orange! Once inside, relax and enjoy this cozy home, much of which has been remodeled. New kitchen cabinets with underneath lighting and dimmers, kitchen island, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, flat griddle and all the essentials to make home cooked meals. Gather around the family room to watch a movie on its 36" smart TV and DVD player (over 600 DVD's) or take a dip in the screened-in pool with open views of the pond behind the house. Master bedroom features a king size bed, half bath and smart TV, second bedroom features a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed (twin on top and double on bottom, sleeps 3) and Florida room features a sleeper sofa which sleeps an additional 2. Sleeps 9 people total. Small dog 25 lbs or less allowed. Pet fee and approval required.
Patio area has an outside shower with hot & cold water for your use with easy access to pool area. You'll also have access to the one car, attached-garage with parking for 3 additional cars outside, putting green, chairs, beach/pool toys, cooler, charcoal hibachi, etc. Everything you love is nearby! Whether it's the beach, golfing in the areas best courses, dining in some of the best local restaurants or shopping at the multiple shopping centers nearby, Port Orange is the perfect location to stay close to all things that you find enjoyable!

Summary: We had a great time at the house. The kids loved the pool. It was so wonderful to have the option and definitely saved us money going to other attractions in the July heat. They have games, puzzles, pool toys, beach toys, and some toys in the house. It was perfect to go, just have a comfortable hang with family and not have an itinerary. The couch was super comfy and deep. The kitchen utensils and pans were not great, but I understand not having the nicest things in a rental. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here. It was a perfect getaway.

Summary: We really liked the home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and to the beach. There were only 2 of us staying so having only 1 full bath was not a problem. However, we also enjoy going to Daytona with family. We would rent this home but there needs to be at least 2 full baths for us to do so. Also, we loved the pool and area around it but overhead lighting for the pool area would help as we would have liked to sit out there at night but too dark.

Summary: Having a pool onsite was great. The amount of beds and the overall space was perfect for our group size . It was clean and they had extra things for the kitchen that really came in handy like salt and a few other condiments. They also had coffee so I had a perfect start to the day by the pool !

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The houses were a bit close but it was not an issue. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well each night. Most everything was as described on VRBO. The real only issues were a few little visitors in the kitchen but hey it is florida. And the Charcoal grill that was there was not usable. So we bought one at Wal-Mart and left it there for future visitors. We also accidentally left our beach chairs in the garage. So they are brand new and can also be used. We loved the pool area. The enclosure was great. Never got bit by anything. And we stayed in the pool day and night. I would definitely recommend this home to future visitors. And we went to daytona speedway for the race; very good location for race fans!!!

Summary: This was a family vacation trip paired with a wedding nearby. The house felt a bit small for our family of 6, although there is plenty of sleeping space. The pool area was nice and we appreciate the heated pool but it felt more like a hot tub than a refreshing swim. The house was within about a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted and we enjoyed our time here.
