Permit #2149. Bedrooms with queen beds and dressers. Master bath has double sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub; Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Main bathroom tub/shower combination. Large laundry room. Living room has a wood fireplace and large picture windows, pool table and foosball inside area of living room and no cleaning fee. Patio has a table and chairs for 6 and a grill, we also have free Wi-Fi . Two car garage/shop for parking, putting snowboards or skis, bikes, etc. off the street parking in front of house.

Summary: The property was located in a nice area. There was a walking trail nearby. Also, several deer “stopped” by. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The main issue was no railings on the front and back steps. There was also a 2-3 inch drop down to uneven pavers on the way to the garage. All of this led to my younger sister falling onto the sidewalk which necessitated an ambulance trip to the Alamosa ER. Our recommendation is to put railing on these steps for everyone’s safety.

Summary: This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area. It’s very spacious and clean. We visited the Sand Dunes, and this was the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This home is just as described - a quiet home in a quaint neighborhood with plenty of room for the family. The host supplied for pretty much anything you could need during your stay. The kitchen while small maximized its space with all the essentials and more. The living room provided so much space to relax or have fun together as a family playing pool and foosball. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were supplied with everything needed. The host made it easy for you to check in and check out. The location was perfect for visiting our son and for seeing the beautiful surrounding area including the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Zapata Falls, and the Old Spanish Trail. This was easily one of our best experiences with a Vrbo rental.

Summary: This VRBO is absolutely wonderful! Spacious and comfortable, with so many amenities to make the stay feel like you are at a home away from home. There are accomodations for young children, a huge master bathroom with an amazing Jacuzzi tub, a grill in the backyard, and so much more. If you are looking to stay in the Alamosa area, this is the place for you!

Summary: When forst areiving i thought this property was going to be difficult, due to the narrow roads and myself driving a larger truck. The he is very stunning and well maintained. Greeted by an open living room and a cozy ambiance the ease of the days stress seemed to ease away. Overall this space takes you back to a younger time that just hugs you as if you are home. Will book again.
