Summary: The property was not maintained or cleaned properly. There was not enough towels and washcloths for ten people, no silverware, light fixtures and refrigerator were dirty, water was cold in lower level bathroom, window in 4th bedroom broken, the fan in backyard broken, toilet tissue holder in master broken, ice maker didn't work, rugs in living room and bathroom were slippery. I feel like the issues that are brought up are not addressed.

Summary: This was a great accommodation for our family vacation of 10 people. Everything was to our satisfaction. The hosts were very responsive from pre-booking to the end of our trip. The house was clean, and there were enough beds and bathrooms for 10 people. The family room was great for watching movies and relaxing after a long touristy day. The private pool was a major hit with everyone including my 70 year old parents. The location was near a variety of food choices and grocery stores. It was about 40-45 minutes from South Beach depending on traffic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This was my first time using a vacation rental. The property manager and I communicated by text. I always got a quick response. The property was just like the pictures and well stocked. We had a good time and would stay here again.
