Summary: Stayed 4 nights at this lovely apartment in Eschach and were sorry to leave. This place is bright, modern, clean, quiet, spacious and has great views and floorplan. Beds are comfortable and there is free parking right out front. Eschach itself does not have amenities but supermarkets in Fussen are about a 3 minute drive away. In the other direction, attractive resort town Hopfen am See, with its beautiful lake and restaurants, is about a 5 minute drive. Owner, Peter, is helpful and friendly. Some notes: you need to make arrangements to meet Peter personally when you arrive (i.e., there does not appear to be a procedure to access a key in a lock box) and you likely need a car to stay here. Bring your own soap and coffee.

Summary: Our host was very friendly and helped us plan make the most of our short stay. The place was quiet and located in a rural area, a pleasant escape from the city.

Summary: This rental is located in a beautiful country setting near a lake. The apartment is spacious with two balconies. The owner lives in the house and is very attentive to you. Parking is located in front of the house.

Summary: Peter is super nice! He Greeted us right away and carried our luggage up and gave us a tour of the unit. The place was very clean! We didn’t cook, so the nice kitchen was not used. The shower was awesome! Beds are very comfortable. We recommended better pillows...need something more substantial. Great stay! Only 3k from village. We gave a 3 star on the online as there is a photo of the lake. We thought that would be our view from one of the balconies but we didn’t have one. We were happy with our stay:). Thank you Peter!

Summary: Great place to stay as a family and the location is quiet and away from any mainstream tourist traffic but close enough to enjoy the region. Theres a lovely little hill in walking distance that gives you just enough of a vantage point to see the whole surrounding area. We have an almost two year old and he loved the double balcony and the big comfy bed. We did too! Wifi connection is only fast enough to do some browsing and trip planning— which was fine for us. Herr Falb was a wonderful host who is ready to offer tips and make your stay very comfortable! He also speaks English:) We will definitely come back.
