Unwind and relax on Monkey Island near Shangri-La and Tera Miranda. 3 Br house with Master quarters, house sleeps 6 (up to 12 with sofa sleepers and futon) and includes two outdoor patios one is covered and one is perched looking over the cove. Bring your golf cart and enjoy the cart path trails over the island right to the house. The quiet neighborhood includes a private boat ramp and pull your boat (less than 26 ft) right up to the private dock. If it is a v-hull then there is a boat lift to raise it out of the water.

Summary: This was a very clean and great location on Monkey Island/Afton Ok. Great location on the lake. Easy to get to the laid back side of the lake or the busy side of the lake by boat. Even better hop in the car and head to Shangri-la or Grove. Patricia was great to work with and was very responsive to our needs.

Summary: This is a nice property. Beautiful yard and spacious deck, view of water limited. Kitchen an bathrooms clean, beds comfortable. Nice laundry room. We experienced a few minor problems and property management responded promptly. Would consider staying here again.

Summary: Great place with a lot of room and good boat dock with boat lift. Only thing would be nice to have a ladder on boat dock for people to get out of water when boat is not there

Summary: We met up with another couple from Tulsa and our friends from St Louis for an event in Grove Saturday and decided to make the weekend out of it. Our house on Monkey Island was the highlight of the trip. Only had one small problem with power at the dock and Patricia walked me through troubleshooting on the phone. The house was great for 3 couples and could be packed full of kids on pullout couches easily. Great access to the water and the main channel south of sailboat bridge, plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry nearby, but we were all happy to chill around the fire and just enjoy the lake. Would love to come back this summer!!!

Summary: overall Good. Nice yard area, with small ones could use deck railing pretty steep drop off. Inside area very good with multiple family areas.
