Positive: Location spectacular. Facilities very good - lovely restaurant and excellent breakfast (and dinner). Room very clean and had everything we needed. Pool and pool area very pleasant. Enjoyable (complimentary) wine/warehouse tour, and great that you can try (and buy if you like them…) their wines and ports. Could top up room water (it was very hot when we were there) and get coffee in the communal lounge.

Negative: Only very small points. Slightly unusual accommodation arrangement, bedroom upstairs but hanging cupboards and drawers all downstairs - but not a great inconvenience. They have a kettle (good) but you have to plug it in on one of the wall sockets near the floor - wd be good to have the kettle and tea/coffee on a table with easier access.

Summary: Lovely resort in outstanding location. Great food and wine tour.

Positive: I loved everything about this property. La Quinta de la Rosa was beautifully situated. The vineyards were also great. I really enjoyed hiking among the vineyards. The pool was very nice. We also enjoyed the winery tour and tastings. Awesome customer service!!! Our room was comfortable with an espectacular view of the river

Positive: I loved the pool area and the quaint feel of Quinta de La Rosa. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves in the evening.

Negative: Tim’s Terrace closes at 6:30 PM which was unexpected. As a result, we had to go into Pinhão one night for dinner.
