Walk out your front door and enjoy quintessential coastal New England. This family friendly house is found on the quietest of side streets. Grab a coffee at the famous Sift bakery and watch the boats navigate the historic Bascule Drawbridge. Meander down the side streets along the placid Mystic River with breathtaking views of the Seaport and the Charles W. Morgan. The Harbor House is perfect for that weekend stay or perhaps a longer get away to enjoy the best of Mystic.
Located at the top of a hill, three blocks from the river, this three bedroom, two full bath two level cape has on the first floor an open layout, pull-out queen-size couch, and fully stocked kitchen. Several large new windows flood the space with light. Master bedroom has a dreamy king-size bed, and secondary bedroom has two twin beds and writing desk. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the front deck in a quiet, off-the-main road neighborhood. This single family house has a lovely yard that is big enough for lawn games. On the bottom garden level, you have a full studio with kitchenette and a separate full bathroom. The living room has a queen-sized pull out couch.
The best aspect of this house is that it's centrally located and within walking distance of all of the fun in Mystic. You get the best of both worlds, walking distance without traffic noise; our street is quiet even during the high tourist season.
Barbecue some dinner at the house or go out to enjoy the many happy hours at restaurants, all walking distance from the house.

Summary: The property is so convenient, it is 900 feet to mystic pizza and the main street. The downstairs area has a separate sitting area which is nice if you have kids. States sleeping 9 but I think that is a stretch unless you have little kids. There is only 2 bathrooms which could be an issue if you have a lot of ladies. We did not have any issues with that. If you want a close location to everything that mystic has to offer, this houses for you.

Summary: We had a great stay here and highly recommend. The place was very very clean which I appreciate and the walk into town was quick, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Upstairs couch bed was comfy, too! Stay here.

Summary: Our family of 5 adults were all extremely comfortable here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs for our beach outing. Parking was convenient and easy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied, tv-family room area roomy. We loved everything about it including being able to easily walk to downtown Mystic. It was a great spot for us to comfortably be together for our visit to the area!

Summary: As parents of a cadet athlete at the USCGA having a clean, safe, dependable place to stay when coming up for quick trips to see our son is invaluable! Summary: Property was amazing! Winter weekend getaway with friends. Super clean, updated, every little thing we needed was there (coffee maker, filters, wine openers, ice) Beds were super comfortable and linens very comfy and clean. Perfect location to walk to town to shops and bars/restaraunts. We couldn't have asked for more! Super easy communication with hosts. Would recommend and will stay again! 5 stars!

Summary: We had such a great time in mystic while staying at this house. We had a 1 and 3 year old and the super short walk to downtown was fantastic for us and them. The two bedrooms are very spacious. We fit a blow up toddler bed and a pack in play in the room with two double beds with ease. The primary bedroom is also spacious even with a king size bed. The kitchen/living room area was homey and the big table was great for family dinners. We also took advantage of the bistro table on the deck out front. The one suggestion I’d say is to add a deadbolt on the main door. The keypad entry is so easy and so great to not have to carry any keys for the house but with kids, it was a draw for them to open the door when we were in the house which was a little too easy. We just put a chair in front of the door and the problem was solved but just something for future families to know. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend this property to families and couples. The location just can’t be beat!

Summary: We took our toddlers on a little getaway and it was the perfect spot. Lots to do, nice yard to run around in and play with sticks (as kids love to do!). Host was so easy to be in touch with. Very responsive. Highly recommend!
