Summary: This is a clean beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Kitchen is well equipped with many utensils, appliances, SHARP knives and even a gas range. There are also plenty of basic staples available like spices, oils, coffee, etc. Beds are also very comfortable. What's also really nice is the wi-fi access and instructions on how to use every device in the home. Staff was easily accessible, but not intrusive. Highly recommend this location with easy access to parks, beaches and sites along the Washington Peninsula. We had deer visiting nearly every day and we were surrounded by forested areas. So quiet and so dark at night. Wonderful!

Summary: I don't even know where to begin. We travel alot. This is by far THE BEST vacation home we've stayed in. I wanted to take our daughter on a last minute Fall Break get away- I stumbled upon this beautiful property, and decided to jump on it and get it scheduled. The photos themselves don't even do this home justice. Communication was spot on from the day I booked. Linda wanted to make sure if I had any questions that she answered them all before arrival, or if I needed anything during the stay we could reach out to her. From the minute you walk in, it's warm and inviting. The property is clean and very well cared for. Everything you need is there. Kitchen well stocked, beds are comfortable. Firepit, deck furniture, the property is absolutely amazing. Even had morning & evening visits from a family of deer. I will definately plan a trip back to visit with others. Thanks so much Linda for the amazing experience & sharing your home with others.

Summary: We had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful space! Linda the host / owner could not have been more welcoming and communicative and made the entire process so easy for us. The space itself is roomy, clean, and has everything you need. We loved cooking dinner here and eating outside on the spacious deck, surrounded by trees. 3 bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms made this very comfortable for our group of 7. The perfect place to relax after hiking in Hoh Rainforest and through Olympic National Park. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Summary: Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. The owners have thought of everything! What a relaxing trip we had. House was spotless and things like basic spices, condiments, pancake mix, s'mores ingredients were nice touches. Great location, very close to 1st, 2nd and Rialto beaches. Half way between Lake Crescent/Sol Duc and Hoh Rainforest. Wish we had stayed longer just to enjoy the house and property. Quiet, peaceful retreat.

Summary: Our stay at this beautiful and secluded log cabin was the absolute highlight of our trip to Washington State and Forks in particular. From the moment you approach the house, the beauty of the cabin and the immaculate grounds are breathtaking to walking inside and being made as if it was your own home. The decor, the furniture and the layout really made for magical stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the stunning scenery of the woods and the great outdoors together as a family and made some wonderful and cherished memories. Our host Linda was really on top of everything from pre-arrival and making sure everything was ready for our stay. We promised ourselves that we would return again and bring more family along to enjoy this place as much as we did on this trip.

Summary: We split our trip equally between Olympic and Rainier, but wished we had spent a few more days at Olympic just to enjoy this beautiful property. There are unexpected surprises and delights such as a small beautifully maintained orchard, or a “secret” passage and doorway off the upstairs children’s bedroom. Cabinets are discreetly labeled, the layout is welcoming, and renovation projects like festive deck lighting and gas fireplace conversion are all beautifully done. The owner clearly loves this property and wants you to as well. Linda the host, even called a few days prior to chat about our trip and offer suggestions while we visited. And no matter how busy your day of hiking and exploring was, you’re just 15 minutes from Rialto beach and a chance to perch on weathered and sun warmed drift wood to watch the sun set between two sea stacks off the coast.

Summary: The photos in the house listing were so appealing, but upon arrived, we found the property and the house to be even more than we had hoped for! Linda has made everything so incredibly comfortable and accommodating, right down to the Belgian waffle maker and waffle mix. We had 3 generations which included grandchildren ages 7,10, 16, & 18. As our family members shared our "favorite thing" about the vacation, our 10 year old said, "This house and yard." We all agreed that after an amazing vacation filled with fantastic sights and activities, the house was the icing on the cake!
